  • Hand Tempering on Marble

    learn the art of hand tempering on marble mastering the traditional french technique. You will make a chocolate slab, chocolate bar and flaked hot chocolate. Learn the processing of chocolate from bean to bar, the history of chocolate and nuances between chocolate from single origin plantations
